Veal Stew (for 6 persons):

350 gr of fine cut onions should be roasted on oil, add 100 gr of fresh cut paprika. and add 2 kg veal cut on cubes and stew it for about of an hour by adding a little water to it.
When the veal is 80 % stewed. add spices ( salt, pepper, aleva paprika, a spoonful of tomato puree), pour a little water and finish the cooking.
It is served with macaroni, boiled potato or prepare dumplings with cream.
